While most of my purchase planning these days revolves around furniture and larger items for our new home, I do have my eyes on some more personal pieces. Whether it’s a cookbook stand to make whipping up a recipe a little more special, small-batch maple syrup for morning pancakes, or handmade soap to make all the hand washing a little more spa-like, I’ve been drawn to items that just help elevate the everyday (at home) a. little. I just ordered ‘Made For Living’ by Amber Lewis and I cannot wait to dive into it this weekend. Bring on the inspiration! I’ve been following June Home Supply (based in Winnipeg!) for a while now and I think it’s time to make a purchase. While we aren’t entertaining right now, I really feel like I need those made in France cheese knives in my life.
